The Rev. Dr. Douglas Throop (Rev. Doug) shares an enthusiasm for worship and excellence in music. He offers an approach that is liturgical, contextual, experimental, and joyous.  He shares an informed and intelligent faith that helps us to articulate our beliefs while being grounded in our life in this world. 

Having studied art and architectural history and theology to the doctoral level,  and as a painter himself, Doug finds the arts a fruitful area for the celebration of life, the deepening of our faith experience, and as a place for personal meditation and renewal.
